Through guided sessions, you will learn to regulate your breath, supporting deeper stretches, improved focus during meditation, or increased endurance during cardio.

An introduction to various meditation techniques to help you develop the most effective practice for your current needs. These techniques focus on concentration, releasing suppressed emotions, or self-analysis.

Yoga Nidra and sound healing are regularly incorporated into all sessions.
