REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

14-Day Right of Cancellation:

• If you book a session more than 14 days in advance, you can cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Once the service is provided (e.g., your yoga class or tarot session has taken place), the 14-day cancellation right is waived.

Cancellations (Up to 24 Hours Before the Session):

• You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, the cancellation fee is €8. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Same-Day Cancellations and No Shows:

• Same-day cancellations will incur an €8 cancellation fee.

• If you do not attend the session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before the session. If rescheduling occurs on the same day, the €8 cancellation fee will apply.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
