These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the melvflow website and the services provided by Melanie Vandevenne (referred to as “I,” “me,” “my,” “myself,” or “melvflow”). By using this website, booking services, or purchasing any product through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.

Services Offered:

The services offered by melvflow include:

• Yoga Classes (individual or group sessions, both online and in-person)

• Tarot Sessions (individual readings)

These services are subject to availability and can be booked online via the website or through direct communication.

Booking and Payment:

• All bookings for services must be made through the melvflow website or by contacting me directly.

• Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely through [Insert Payment Gateway, e.g., PayPal, Stripe].

• Prices for services are clearly stated on the website and are subject to change at any time. However, once a booking is made and payment is processed, the price is fixed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Client:

• Clients have the right to cancel a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a €8 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the client.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible by email at melvflow@outlook.com.

Cancellation by Provider:

In the event that I must cancel a service (for any reason, including illness or emergency), I will offer you a full refund or reschedule the session at your convenience.

Refund Policy:

Services Not Performed:

• If you cancel a service within 14 days of booking, you are entitled to a full refund if the service has not been performed.

• Once the service has been performed, no refund will be issued, except in cases where I, the service provider, am unable to fulfill the session.

Refund Processing:

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation or the service not being provided.

Health and Safety:

Health Disclosure:

• While booking a yoga class, clients may be asked to provide information regarding their health (e.g., injuries, medical conditions) in order to tailor the class to their needs. This information is voluntary and will be handled with confidentiality.

• If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before participating in any physical activity.

Liability

Clients must ensure they are physically capable of participating in yoga classes or tarot readings. I will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the sessions, except in cases of proven negligence on my part.

Privacy Policy:

• Your privacy is important to me. The personal data I collect is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• What Data Is Collected:

  • I may collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and any health-related information you voluntarily provide.
